JA World Uncorked 2026

By Rachel Galvin

This year’s JA World Uncorked was the bees knees!

This year, the theme was Roaring ’20s and guests dressed to impress in Gatsby style. Everyone enjoyed more than 20 spirits and tasty tidbits from more than 25 local restaurants while DJs elevated the vibe. People could bid on the silent auction and then head to the speakeasy where bartenders showed off their flair and a band got the place jumpin’ with retro tunes from disco to Latin music. There was even a contortionist gracefully entering into different poses. As usual, there were plenty of photo ops to capture the moment.

This is the biggest event Junior Achievement has every year, and it is always very popular. People braved the bitterly cold temperatures outside to enjoy all the festivities inside. This party with a purpose benefits the organization’s mission to give back to children. They have more than 10 programs that include more than 80,000 students throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. They work with kids in classrooms and also within their Lillian S. Wells Pavillion in Coconut Creek, where JA World Uncorked was held. This first-class facility houses two JA Biz Towns, which teach kids about the business world with a simulated town, as well as JA Career Discovery Park, which includes business and financial curricula. The goal overall is to help prepare children for success.
