Some of the biggest names in the food industry came out to The Pie Room at Holborn Dining Room, located near Covenant Garden in London, to make their own signature creations. This was part of the inaugural Pie Room Guest Series, launched by Executive Head Chef and pastry expert Calum Franklin. The one-of-a-kind pies were sold to guests with proceeds going to the charities of chefs who participated.

One of the participants was Britain’s most beloved chefs, Tom Kerridge. He developed a Steak and Blue Cheese Pie with Rebellion Ale and Onion Gravy. For one month, visitors could purchase his creation for £8 per pie. His proceeds went to a charity close to his heart — Hospitality Action.

The Pie Room also hosted a collaborative dinner by Calum and Kerridge. Ten food lovers were able to partake in the culinary delights, with proceeds again benefiting Hospitality Action.
